Summer Fashion✨🛍️

Hello everyone and welcome back!

have to admit, it’s been a while since I last posted something here or when uploaded my magazine back in April but I was so caught up with finishing school, changing jobs and finding my rhythm.

So today I’m gonna talk about everything that has been trending (or not) this summer.
Just relax, kick back, and listen to some background music as we dive into sleeveless tops, linen pants, trending colors, patterns, and so much more.

We’ll kick off with one major comeback, which, in my opinion isn’t just a comeback. It’s here to stay and people are starting to realize it that.

I’m talking about adding color to your wardrobe. But not any specific color.

1.Teal and Coral

Now I know the timing might be off since this has started trending since early in the season but never its too late so here I am!
Personally this trend is my favourite because, it’s not just a trend.
Both colors are so 2010s coded, vibrant and go with so many other combinations.

As you can see in this photo, there are many ways to combine a teal and a coral top.
However a fav choice among many would include either a halter teal top or one shoulder off(thank  you,Stradivarius!) with some white linen trousers.

Another great choice would be a mini demin skirt styled with with one shoulder off teal top.
Now hear me out.

Just imagine how beautifully all these different hues of blues would work together. On the other hand a black a line  skirt pairs perfectly with a coral top, creating a lovely contrast.

As the temperature starts to drop you could keep the one shoulder off teal top by pairing it with a low rise jean.

For shoes I’d go with a pair of golden heels or some simple black sandals.

Last but not least, let’s talk about perfume.

I’d choose from the newest scent of Emporio Armani “Power Of You”, that was released in the beginning of the year but became more popular during late spring. Personally I bought it as one of my birthday gifts and the scent is absolutely a dreamy summer night destination. It’s a bled of tropical fruits and vanilla.

Next, I’d recommend aqua scented perfumes starting off with the popular “Acqua di Giò Profondo”. And although I know it’s supposed to be a “men’s” perfume, who says a woman can’t wear it?

Men’s perfumes are my favourite and I prefer them many times over female ones.

Finally, I have added a perfume from the greek company KORRES called “Ionian Blue”. It smells as if you are spending the summer on a greek island. The combo of lemon, apple, sandalwood, musk and sea salt makes you feel as if you are the main character from Mamma Mia. It’s sweet the scent of afterbath from beach

Besides teal and coral, pastel colors have made a comeback. Colors like yellow, lila, baby pink, baby blue, mint  are all over the place and every retail fashion store has dropped new collections inspired by these soft tones.

Especially yellow or more specifically butter yellow and pink have make a comeback since spring.

For example I love the new Dfyne collection in pastels and if I had the money I’d buy almost every piece.

I think it’s fascinating how gym fashion has become so important to us. However I do believe that theres overconsumption and we shouldn’t buy so many unessacery clothes, but that’s a topic for another time!

I think it’s fascinating how gym fashion has become so important to us. That said, I also believe there’s a growing problem with overconsumption, and we don’t need to buy so many unnecessary clothes—but that’s a topic for another time!

So, in this picture, you’ll see one of my favourite summer yellow dresses.

Unfortunately, it’s sold out, but it gives you a good idea of the kind of butter yellow pastel piece I’d style with more neutral accessories.

For shoes, I’d go with something I believe many people wouldn’t approve of—but who cares? Espadrille wedges. I especially love this design with ribbon straps that wrap around the ankle, giving the outfit a classic, romantic Mediterranean style.

For a bag, I’d go with a straw tote beach bag. The texture, the seashell embellishments make it look even cuter and more in the vibe.

When it comes to jewellery, I’d keep it simple by wearing two to four delicate gold bracelets and maybe even a shoulder bracelet with a tropical flower detail.

Last but not least, for perfume, I’ve chosen My Way by Giorgio Armani because I think its soft, floral scent complements the entire aesthetic beautifully.

Besides pastel shades, pink has also made a major comeback.
And I’m not talking about baby pink, but hot, barbie pink.
(I love how every shade of pink has made a powerful comeback in fashion and beauty and it’s almost everywhere now).

For the final part, I have to say that Zara Larsson has had a huge influence on this summer’s wardrobe.

This new wave of embracing vibrant colours and expressing a bolder side of ourselves has had a significant impact on fashion, and it’s amazing to see how music and other forms of art continue to inspire one another.

In the end of the we must wear clothes that speaks confidently to us, boost our energy and allow us to have main character energy in every moment of our lives. ˚⊱🪷⊰˚
